- Rental: ₹5,000/- till 12 midnight + Taxes
- Extended Hour: ₹3,000/- per hour + Taxes (max till 2:00 AM)

- Rental: ₹5,000/- till 12 midnight + Taxes
- Extended Hour: ₹3,000/- per hour + Taxes (max till 2:00 AM)

RATES FOR FIFTY TWO & ALL IN (BOTH PDR)
- Rental: ₹8,000/- till 12 midnight + Taxes
- Extended Hour: ₹3,000/- per hour + Taxes (max till 2:00 AM)
- Maximum Capacity: 20 persons

TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Reservation can be made by members, for their own use only.
- 100% of the booking value has to be paid as venue confirmation advance within a day, failing which the Club is under no obligation to hold the venue.
- The balance payment for extras to be settled before or immediately at the conclusion of the event.
- No verbal or tentative booking is allowed.
- Food will be served in the dedicated place.
- Tea/ Coffee and light refreshments will only be served in the playing area on chargeable basis.
- In case of any damage to the property of RGC, the member would bear the cost as fixed by the RGC Management and will be settled by the member before the event concludes.
- Food and Beverage options will be presented based on the selected menu. Outside food strictly not allowed.
GENERAL NORMS
- Please be advised that our facilities and booking services are restricted to individuals aged 21 years and above only.
- Please be advised that smoking is strictly prohibited inside the room.
- In case of cancellation of the confirm booking no refund will be made.
- You agree to begin your event promptly at the scheduled start time and agree to have your guests; invitees and other persons vacate the designated space at the end time indicated on the final agreement.
