Members are requested to pay their outstanding bills promptly within 30 days of date of bill through the Club App, online transfer, at the Club Office or at Yes Bank, Main Road, Ranchi, IndusInd Bank Ltd., Main Road, Ranchi. Delayed payment surcharge @ 2% will be levied on outstanding amount if carried over to next bill. Payment for services availed, if made in cash, should be only against presentation of computerized Charge-slip.
Members are requested to promptly inform the Club Office of any change in the address / contact number. Members are requested not to carry along alcoholic drinks / beverages / food / refreshments for consumption in the Club premises.
Members are requested to strictly observe all Rules as displayed at various facilities while using it.
Outstation Guests/ Father / Mother / Son/ Daughter/ Sons-in-law, Daughters-in-law may be introduced as Guest. Members are requested to make sure that their guests carry an ID proof with them. Local guest [residing within 50 KMs of Club premises] are not allowed without prior permission of Hony. Secretary / Managing Committee Member/ General Manager. Dependents are not allowed to introduce any Guests. In such a situation, the guest has to accompanied by the member or his/her spouse.
Members are requested to ensure that their cars are not parked in the Club porch. Members are requested to ensure that their vehicles have an RGC vehicle sticker on the front windscreen. Stickers are available at the club reception. .
Members’ personal, domestic staff are not permitted in any of the venues or facilities of the club. Members are requested to ensure that their maids and domestic staff, who might accompany them, limit themselves to the area earmarked for them.
Members / Dependents must carry their Identity Card with them while using the Club and must produce the same on demand.
Members are requested to contact the General Manager for booking of Guest Room(s) / Multipurpose Hall and hosting private Parties such as Lunches / Dinners / High teas.
1. Men's Kurta with Trousers or Jeans, Collarless T-Shirts, Sleeveless Shirts/Vests
2. Shorts, Track Pants, Joggers, Ripped Jeans with holes, tears.
3. Sports Shoes, Floaters, Flip Flops, Rubber Sandals.
4. Sports Bags, Carry Bags & Sports Caps.
Tipping to any Club employee is strictly prohibited.
