Members are requested to pay their outstanding bills promptly within 30 days of the bill through the Club App, Online transfer, by Cheque, or visiting at the Club office. Delayed payment surcharge @2% will be levied on outstanding amount if carried over to next bill. Payment or services availed, if made in cash, should be against presentation of computerized Charge-slip.
Members are requested to promptly inform the Club Office if any change in the address/contact number.
Members are requested not to carry along alcoholic drinks/ beverages/ food/ refreshments for consumption in the Club premises.
Members are requested to strictly observe all rules as displayed at various facilities while using it.
1. Members are requested to seek approval for guest entries through the RGC App only.
2. Guest can be introduced by a member only. Dependents are strictly prohibited from introducing guests.
3. Members are requested to fill up complete information about themselves and their guests. Incomplete information will not be entertained.
4. To avoid embarassment, guest requests should be put well in advance. Guest requests will not be entertained after 9:30 pm for the same day.
5. Request by a member for the same guest will be acceptable only twice in a particular month.
6. RGC Managing Committee reserves the right to withdraw guest entry on any given day without assigning any reason.
7. RGC Managing Committee reserves the right to reject any guest request from members.
8. From 1st of April’ 2024 there will be no differentiation in guest charges for outstation & local guest. Guest charges will be Rs.200/= per head on weekdays & Rs. 300/- on weekends
9. Saturday & Sunday) No entry charges for Children below 6 years of age.
10. The guests are supposed to carry their ID card which has to be presented at the reception.
Members are requested to ensure that their cars are not parked in the Club porch. Members are requested to ensure that their vehicles have an RGC vehicle sticker on the front windscreen. Stickers are available at the Club reception.
Member’s personal, domestic staffs are not permitted in any of the venues or facilities of the club. Members are requested to ensure that their maids and domestic staff, who might accompany them, limit themselves to the area earmarked for them.

Please put your Mobile phones on silent mode inside the Bar. Speaking over the phone inside the Bar is prohibited. Smoking inside the Bar is strictly prohibited. Children below 21 years are not allowed inside the Bar. Domestic help is not allowed inside the Bar.
It is mandatory for Members/Dependants must carry their Identity Cards with them while using the Club and must produce the same on demand.
Members are requested to contact the General Manager/Reception for booking of Guest Rooms/Multipurpose Hall and hosting private parties such as Lunches/Dinners/High-Tea/Kitties.
Tipping to any club employee is strictly prohibited.
The Managing Committee of Ranchi Gymkhana Club formulated a policy regarding Photo shoots at the club. For timings and charges members are requested to contact the General Manager/Reception.
