Reservations/ Bookings can be made by members, only for their immediate family [brother, sister, children, parents, grandchildren]. If found otherwise, this could be subject to penalty as decided by the Managing Committee.

EVENING PARTY

• Members can book their party in FYRE from Monday to Thursday other than club event.
• Any Member who wishes to book FYRE, a minimum billing of Rs. 75000/- for Food and beverage will be required.
• In case the host wants to have buffet dinner in FYRE the same can be organised in line with banquet menu.
• Food & beverage shall be served till 11:45 pm. Party time can be extended with extra service charges of Rs. 5000/- Per hour subject to maximum 2 hours i.e. till 2 am.

Kitty & Birthday Party.

• Member can book FYRE for kitty / Birthday party from 4 pm to 7 pm.
• Minimum billing will be for an amount of Rs.15, 000/- (Fifteen Thousand only).
• Advance booking for the party is required to be done.
• Food will be served on a la carte basis from the menu of FYRE.
• No buffet will be laid down in FYRE
• For any extra items brought by the member a service charge of Rs. 50/- per head will be levied extra.

Cancellation:

Cancellation of party booking should be intimated to the General Manager at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellation charges will be applicable as follows.

• 25% of the venue charge before 48 hrs of the booking date.
• 50% of the venue charge before 48 to 24 hrs of the booking date.
• Thereafter 100% will be charged.

Standard Norms:

• Occasional bar licence to be taken from Excise Department in case of bar setup.
• No tentative booking would be reserved for more than 24 hours.
• In case of any damage to the property of RGC, the member would bear the cost as fixed by the RGC Management and will be settled by the member immediately on demand.
• Any Taxes will be charged extra as applicable.
• For any other kind of party booking in FYRE, please contact General Manager.

MUSIC

• Music upto decibel limit of 65dB will be allowed Subject to prior approval from General Manager.

MAINTENANCE AND CARE

• Light decoration of the venue can be allowed subject to Management approval in case of full venue is booked. Light and floral decoration shall be executed exclusively by the respective Empanelled Vendors of RGC.
• Fireworks / Fire Crackers / Open Fire / Gas Blower / Sky Lantern / ‘Fanush’ (paper-made hot air balloon) are strictly prohibited anywhere in any of the Venues in the Club Premises.
